• Any purchase made through our Website, Instagram Page or Facebook Page shall signify Acceptance of our Terms And Conditions and your Agreement to be Legally bound by the same.
• If not agreed with the supply Terms, Please do not access the Website or any other platform for any purchase or service.
• PujaBag enables the sale of various products on its website and reserve all the rights. No third party products are sold on website.
• The buyer agrees to provide authentic and true information in all instances where such details are requested. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided at any point of time.
• If the information provided by the buyer is found to be Untrue, we reserve the right to Cancel the order and Debar him/her from using our services without prior notice.
• SALE products will be available only till the stock lasts and will not be held back without placing an order or full payment.
• Sale items are not subject to return. So choose carefully before placing an order.
• Items like Vastu, Brass pieces, decor pieces (excluding clay pieces) are subject to return and other process.
• Puja Samagri items and Dry Fruits will not be subject to return, if desired we can replace them.
• Order will not be processed until the full payment is received.
• In case of defect, opening VIDEO/IMAGE is required within 72 hours of receiving the product.
• In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the buyer (ie, wrong name, address or any other detail) any extra cost incurred for re delivery of the product shall be claimed from him
