Return,Refunds & Cancellations


The return policy of PujaBag is very flexible and customer friendly. We try to solve the problem as easily as we can.

PujaBag welcomes replacements under following conditions:-

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during Order Confirmation.
  • Quality or a manufacturing defect on the arrival of the package.
  • Items like puja samagri and clay pieces are exempted.
  • Video/Image proof is necessary.
  1. The product is received in damaged condition(Video/Image required)
  2. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  3. PujaBag can be contacted via mail and whats app directly.
  4. Items are not liable for exchange in case not liked the product or want a different shade.
  5. All products will be send as per 1st choice and will be exact similar to the picture on the website.


  • In case product ordered is out of stock and a replacement is not desired, our team will get in touch and initiate a refund.
  • Refund will be initiated, once the returned package has been received and inspected.
  • PujaBag reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement, if found on inspection that the returned item is not in it original condition (As on arrival at the time of receiving by the client),
  • The refund shall be in the way the payment was made(COD, Debit/Credit cards, Phonepay, Paytm, etc)
  • In case of payment by Debit/Credit Card, note that PujaBag will not be responsible for any delay in credit to the credit holder’s debit/credit card account as that is managed by its issuing bank.


  • As an Organization, PujaBag believes in 100% customer satisfaction. But in any of the following events, an order can be cancelled.
  • Products purchased during discounts and sale will not be subject to cancellations.
  • In the event of receiving wrong product which does not matches the the product choosen at the time of order confirmation and replacement is not desired, it can be cancelled.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition (Video/Image proof required) and replacement is not desired then it can be easily cancelled.
